摘 要:军校生长军官学员领导力模型构建是开展领导力开发工作的基础。在分析现有研究和军校生长军官学员岗位任职特点的基础上,提出了领导元能力的概念,构建了包含6个要素的军校生长军官学员领导元能力理论模型。为验证该理论模型的合理性,设计了调查问卷并在多所军校收集了410份有效样本,并利用SPSS26.0软件进行信度分析、效度分析、探索性因子分析以及AMOS23.0软件的验证性因子分析和路径分析等,对提出的理论模型进行分析检验,验证了态度习惯、目标计划、时间管理、人际沟通、团队领导5项领导元能力要素对领导力的正影响关系。该研究结果可为后续军校生长军官学员领导力开发项目提供依据。The construction of the leadership model for cadets is the basis for leadership development work.On the basis of a thorough analysis of existing research and the characteristics of cadets,the concept of leadership meta-competence was proposed,and a theoretical model of leadership meta-competence containing six elements for cadets was constructed.In order to verify the model,a questionnaire was designed and 410 valid samples were collected from several military academies.The model was analyzed and tested by using SPSS26.0 software for reliability analysis,validity analysis,exploratory factor analysis and AMOS23.0 software for validation factor analysis and path analysis.The positive relationship between the five elements of leadership meta-competence on leadership effectiveness,namely,attitude and habits,goal planning,time management,interpersonal communication and team leadership,was verified.The results of the study can serve as a basis for subsequent leadership development programmes for cadets in military schools.
