摘 要:目的观察以双光纤Nd:YAG激光消融(LA)新鲜离体猪肝的价值。方法将45件新鲜离体猪肝随机分为15组,每组3件;分别以不同消融功率(4、5、6 W)和作用时间(1、2、3、4、5 min)组合行双针双点LA,观察各组消融灶大小和温度,分析以双光纤Nd:YAG激光对猪肝行LA的价值。结果消融时间设为1 min时,消融灶横径(TD)随功率增加而增大(P均<0.05);消融时间为1、5 min时,消融灶纵径(LD)及体积(V)均随功率增加而增大(P均<0.05)。不同功率下,消融灶TD、LD及V均基本随消融时间增加而增大,消融灶温度则随消融时间增加而升高;不同消融时间下,消融灶温度基本随消融功率增加而升高。结论双光纤Nd:YAG用于激光消融新鲜离体猪肝升温迅速且消融范围稳定。Objective To observe the value of dual fiber Nd:YAG laser for laser ablation(LA)of in vitro fresh pig liver.Methods Totally 45 fresh isolated pig livers were randomly divided into 15 groups(each n=3).Double-needle and double-point ablation was performed with different combinations of ablation power(4,5,6 W)and time(1,2,3,4,5 min).The size and temperature of ablation foci under different power and time combinations were observed,and the value of dual fiber Nd:YAG laser for LA was analyzed.Results After 1 min ablation,the transverse diameter(TD)of pig liver ablation foci increased with the increase of power(all P<0.05).After 1 and 5 mins ablation,the longitudinal diameter(LD)and volume(V)of pig liver ablation foci increased with the increase of power(all P<0.05).Under different powers,TD,LD and V of ablation foci basically increased with the increase of ablation time.After different time of ablation with different powers,the temperature of ablation foci basically increased with the increase of ablation power or the increase of ablation time.Conclusion The temperature rose rapidly during dual fiber Nd:YAG laser LA of in vitro fresh pig liver,and the ablation range remained stable.
