祁连圆柏种子去皮机设计和应用技术研究

摘　　要：为解决目前祁连圆柏人工去皮工序复杂、费时、费工等技术问题,设计了一种祁连圆柏种子去皮机。通过和传统人工去皮进行对比试验,结果表明:使用祁连圆柏种子去皮机省时、省工,去皮种子出苗期、发芽率、去皮效率和成本都分别优于人工去皮,种子发芽率和去皮效率较人工分别提高了2.8%和500 kg/d·人,种子出苗期和去皮成本较人工去皮降低了15 d和0.67元/kg。去皮机具有高效率和低成本等优势,适宜在祁连圆柏育苗中应用并推广。A kind of peeling machine of Sabina przewalskii Kom Seeds was designed in the article(patent number:201820630517.2),the contrast test was founded between peeling machine and traditional hand peeling.The result showed that the peeling machine of Sabina przewalskii Kom Seeds saves time and labor,the seed damage rate,emergence period,germination percentage,peeling efficiency and cost were 10.5%,40d,75.6%,600kg/d.person and 0.13yuan/kg separately,the seed damage rate,germination percentage and peeling efficiency were increased 1.3 percentage points,2.8 percentage points and 500 kg/d.person,the emergence period and peeling cost were decreased 15 d and 0.67yuan/kg.In consideration of advantage high efficiency,low cost and so on,the peeling machine of Sabina przewalskii Kom Seeds should be use and spread in growing seedlings.
