摘　　要：帕金森病急性高热综合征为帕金森病患者突然出现高热,可伴有肌张力明显增高、意识障碍、自主神经功能障碍等,临床表现可能迅速恶化,严重时危及患者生命。本文对帕金森病急性高热综合征的好发因素、临床表现、诊断和治疗进行归纳、总结,为该病的早期诊断、早期治疗提供依据,以减低病死率。Acute hyperthermia syndrome of Parkinson disease refers to the sudden occurrence of hyperthermia in patients with Parkinson disease,which may be accompanied by a marked increase in muscle tone,disturbed consciousness,autonomic nerve dysfunction,and others.The clinical manifestations may deteriorate rapidly and seriously endanger patients’lives.This article summarizes the etiology,diagnosis,and treatment of acute hyperthermia syndrome of Parkinson disease to provide guidance for reducing mortality through early diagnosis and treatment.
