摘  要:为了实现对华北油田某井场电絮凝处理压裂返排液中产气量的控制和优化,对不同电极材料的产气类型和产气量进行了对比,研究不同电流密度、极板间距和电解时间对产气量的影响,通过正交实验确定不同因素的影响程度及交互作用,并利用SVM模型对实验结果进行训练和回归。通过隐含层节点数和核函数敏感性分析,得到最优模型,用于预测最小产气量的工艺参数,并对比处理前后的水样特性。结果表明:实验中的产气类型以H_(2)为主,CO_(2)和H_(2)S的产量较少;电流密度、极板间距和电解时间对H_(2)产量有显著性影响,而三因素间无明显的交互作用;通过SVM模型对全局最优点进行搜索,得到最小H_(2)产量为38.46 mL,对应的工艺参数为电流密度53 mA/cm^(2)、极板间距5.8 cm和电解时间31 min,结果相对误差为1.46%;处理后的压裂返排液各项指标参数符合胍胶压裂液体系回用配水要求。研究结果可为电絮凝处理技术的安全推广提供实际参考。In order to realize the control and optimization of gas production in the electric flocculation treatment of fracturing flowback fluid,the gas production types and gas production volume of different electrode materials are compared,and the influence of different current densities,plate spacings,and electrolytic times on gas production is investigated.The influence degree and interaction of different factors are determined by orthogonal experiment,and the SVM model is used to train and regress the experimental results.Through the analysis of the node number of hidden layer,and the sensitivity of kernel function,the optimal model is obtained to predict the process parameters under the minimum gas production,and the characteristics of water samples before and after treatment are compared.The results show that H_(2) is the main gas production type,while CO_(2) and H_(2)S are less.Current density,plate spacing,and electrolytic time have significant effects on H_(2) production,but there is no obvious interaction among the three factors.By searching the global optimal point through the SVM model,the minimum H_(2) production of 38.46 mL is obtained,and the corresponding process parameters are current density 53 mA/cm^(2),plate spacing 5.8 cm,and electrolytic time 31 min.The relative error of the result is 1.46%.The indexes and parameters of the treated fracturing flowback fluid meet the requirements of reuse and distribution of the guanidine gum fracturing liquid system.The research results can provide a practical reference for the safety popularization of electric flocculation treatment technology.
