摘　　要：骨肉瘤(OS)是最常见的原发恶性肿瘤之一,患者预后不良大多与其诊断滞后、转移较早且化疗耐药有关。环状RNA(circRNA)是骨肉瘤进展的重要调节因子,大量研究发现circRNA在骨肉瘤组织中异常表达。circRNA可以作为miRNA分子海绵或与RNA结合蛋白相互作用,调控骨肉瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭和转移,从而影响骨肉瘤细胞的生物学特性,研究circRNA在骨肉瘤中作用的相关机制能为骨肉瘤的治疗提供新思路。本文就circRNA的特性及生物学特征,circRNA对骨肉瘤诊断、发生发展、介导耐药、预后监测作用研究进行综述。Osteosarcoma(OS)is one of the most common primary malignant tumors,and the poor prognosis of patients is mostly due to delayed diagnosis,early metastasis,and chemotherapy resistance.Circular RNA(circRNA)is an important regulatory factor in the progression of osteosarcoma and numerous studies have found that circRNA is abnormally expressed in osteosarcoma.CircRNA can act as a miRNA molecular sponge or interact with RNA binding protein to regulate the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma cells,thus affecting the biological characteristics of osteosarcoma cells.The study of the mechanism of circRNA in osteosarcoma can provide new ideas for the treatment of osteosarcoma.This paper reviews the characteristics and biological characteristics of circRNA and the role of circRNA in osteosarcoma diagnosis,occurrence and development,mediating drug resistance and monitoring prognosis.
