高校党员教师志愿服务的问题与对策——以南京某高校防疫志愿服务为例

摘　　要：以问题为导向,以新冠肺炎疫情防控期间某高校党员教师志愿服务实践为例,从机制、保障、激励、专业水平四个方面系统梳理和分析党员教师防疫志愿服务存在的主要问题,提出优化志愿服务统筹运行机制、完善志愿服务保障措施、健全志愿服务激励机制、提升志愿服务专业化水平等有针对性的优化策略。Problem-oriented,taking the volunteer service practice of Party member teachers in a university during the prevention and control of COVID-19 as an example,this paper systematically sorted out and analyzed the main problems of Party member teachers volunteer service in epidemic prevention from four aspects:mechanism,guarantee,incentive and professional level.It puts forward some targeted optimization strategies,such as optimizing the overall operation mechanism of volunteer service,improving the guarantee measures of volunteer service,the incentive mechanism of volunteer service,and the professional level of volunteer service.
