摘 要:运用科室与区域核心疾病诊断相关分组(Adjacent Diagnosis-Related Group,ADRG)中疾病分布差异构建科室ADRG组疾病难度系数,运用科室ADRG组区域占比与医院病例在区域中的占比构建科室ADRG组覆盖度系数,运用科室专科疾病ADRG组加权构建科室专科化权重,运用三者乘积构建科室医疗技术评价指数(Medical Technology Index,MTI),同时分析科室MTI与重点专科水平间的对应关系。结果显示,MTI可以从科室诊疗难度、病种覆盖度和专科化程度3个维度客观地评价科室医疗技术水平。可以将MTI作为客观评价院内各科室医疗技术水平的潜在指标之一。The disease difficulty coefficient of ADRG group was constructed by using the disease distribution differences in departments and regional ADRG groups(Adjacentdiagnosis-Related Group,ADRG),and the coverage coefficient of ADRG group was constructed by using the regional proportion of ADRG group of departments and the regional proportion of hospital cases.The ADRG group weighting was used to construct the department specialization weight,and the product of the three was used to construct the Medical Technology Index(MTI)of the department,and the corresponding relationship between the department MTI and the level of key specialties was analyzed.The results showed that MTI could objectively evaluate the medical technology level of the department from three dimensions:difficulty of diagnosis and treatment,disease coverage and degree of specialization.MTI can be used as one of the potential indexes to objectively evaluate the medical technology level of each department in the hospital.
