半夏泻心汤加减联合泮托拉唑钠肠溶片等治疗慢性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨半夏泻心汤加减联合泮托拉唑钠肠溶片等治疗慢性胃炎临床效果。方法收集2021年1月〜2022年11月在本院就诊的86例,采用随机数字表法分组,即对照组、观察组,均43例。对照组常规西医治疗,观察组半夏泻心汤加减联合常规西医治疗。统计两组患者临床疗效、中医症候积分、血清胃动素(Motilin,MTL)、促胃液素(gastrin,GAS)水平、不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床有效率95.35%高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前,两组中医症候积分比较,P>0.05,治疗后,两组中医症候积分均下降,组间比较,观察组中医症候积分低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前,两组血清MTL、GAS水平比较,P>0.05,治疗后,两组血清MTL、GAS水平均上升,组间比较,观察组血清MTL、GAS水平高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组不良反应发生率6.98%低于对照组,P<0.05。结论半夏泻心汤加减联合泮托拉唑钠肠溶片等治疗慢性胃炎患者,效果理想,可改善临床症状,调节胃肠激素水平,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the dinical effect of Banxla Xlexin Decocion combined with Pantola sodium enteric oalted tabolets in the reatment of chronic gastis Methods A total of 86 paitints admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were collected and divided into control group and obsrvaion group With 43 caes by random number table method.The control group Was treated With cornventional Westem medldne,and the obsavation group was treated wth Banxla X lexin Dexoction combined With conventional Westerm medidne The dinical efficacy,TCM symptom soore,srum Motilin(MTL)and gstrin(GAS)levels and inddence of adverse reactions in 2 groupswere analyzed.Results The dinicd efecdive rate of observtion group Ws 95.35% higher than that of control group,P<0.05 Before treatment the TCM syndrome sore of the tmo groups wes compared,P>0.05 after teatment the TCM yndrome soore of the two groups was dereaed,and the TCM syndrome sore of the obsrvation group waslower than that of the control group.P<0.05 Before treatment the seum MTL and GAS leves of the two groupswere compared,P>0.05 After treatment the srum MTL and GAS levels of the two groupswere inreased,and the srum MTL and GAS leve's of the obsevaion group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05 The inddence of adverse reactions in observaton group was 6.98% lower than that in control group,P<0.05 Conclusion Banxla Xiexin Decctlion combined with Pantora sdium entenic-coated tablets in the treatment of chronic gasrits patients the efect is ideal.can improve dinical symptoms regulate gastrointesinal hormone levels high saety,worthy of promotion.
