摘 要:通过分析减速器齿轮修形理论,提出一种改进的PSO算法来求解掘进机减速器齿轮最优修形参数组合,并利用Romax Designer软件对修形后齿轮的性能进行仿真分析。实验结果表明:太阳轮和行星轮的传动误差幅值分别降低了0.087 7、0.204 1μm;齿轮传动过程中所受载荷集中在齿中心,外力载荷分布均匀,避免了载荷偏载情况的发生;振动加速度明显降低,可以进一步提升减速器齿轮的传动性能,能够作为减速器及类似机械零件的设计和改进方法。By analyzing the gear modification theory of the reducer, an improved PSO algorithm is presented to solve the optimal combination of modification parameters for the reducer gear of the roadheader, and the performance of the modified equipment is simulated by using the Romax Designer software. The experimental results show that the magnitude of the motion errors of the solar and planetary wheels are reduced by 0.087 7 and 0.204 1 μm, respectively. During the gear transmission,the loads are concentrated in the center of the teeth, and the external loads are distributed evenly, thus avoiding the occurrence of load skewing. The vibration acceleration is significantly reduced, which further improves the transmission performance of the reducer gear and can be used as a design and improvement method for the reducer and similar mechanical parts.
