摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,硅烷偶联剂为交联单体,合成自交联丙烯酸酯乳液,探究复合乳化剂、乳化剂用量和硅烷偶联剂添加量等因素对乳液性能的影响。结果表明,采用半连续种子乳液法作为聚合方法,当乳化剂配比DNS-86∶LCN-287=2∶1,乳化剂用量为3%,3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(A-174)质量分数占总单体的4%,制备的丙烯酸乳液具有优良的稳定性,单体转化率为92.93%,凝胶率<1%。硅烷偶联剂的使用能够提高聚合物的交联度、耐热性和耐水性。The self crosslinking acrylate lotion was synthesized with methyl methacrylate(MMA)and butyl acrylate(BA)as main monomers and silane coupling agent as crosslinking monomer.The effects of the compound emulsifier,the amount of emulsifier and the amount of silane coupling agent on the properties of lotion were investigated.The results showed that when the semi continuous seed lotion method was used as the polymerization method,when the ratio of emulsifier DNS-86∶LCN-287=2∶1,the amount of emulsifier was 3%,and the mass fraction of 3-(isobutyryloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane(A-174)accounted for 4%of the total monomer,the prepared acrylic lotion had excellent stability,the monomer conversion was 92.93%,and the gel ratio was less than 1%.The use of silane coupling agent can improve the crosslinking degree,heat resistance and water resistance of the polymer.
