摘　　要：目的探讨纳布啡联合右美托咪定在鼻腔手术患者术后静脉镇痛中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月-2021年8月在我院择期行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的患者60例,随机分为全身麻醉+纳布啡组(T组,n=30)和全身麻醉+舒芬太尼组(G组,n=30),比较两组患者术后不同时间点生命体征变化、VAS疼痛评分、Ramsay镇静评分及不良反应情况。结果与G组比较,T组术后生命体征更平稳,VAS疼痛评分稍低高(P>0.05),术后24h内Ramsay镇静评分高(P<0.05),恶心呕吐、烦躁不安、呼吸抑制等不良反应低,差异无统计学差异。结论纳布啡联合右美托咪定用于鼻腔手术术后镇痛,有较好的镇痛效果,合适的镇静深度,无明显、特殊不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of nalbuphine combined with dexmedetomidine on postoperative intravenous analgesia of nasal surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent correction of nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopy in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into general anesthesia+Nalbuphine group(T group,n=30)and general anesthesia group+Sufentanil(G group,n=30).The changes of vital signs,VAS pain score,Ramsay sedation score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at different postoperative time points.Results Compared with group G,group T had more stable postoperative vital signs,slightly lower VAS pain score(P>0.05),higher Ramsay Sedation score within 24 hours after operation(P<0.05),and lower adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,irritability and respiratory depression.Conclusion Nalbuphine combined with dexmedetomidine was used for postoperative analgesia of nasal surgery,with good analgesic effect and appropriate sedation depth,and without obvious or special adverse reactions.
