摘　　要：自2020年开始国内各大医学院校陆续利用各类网课平台及直播软件开展了一系列各具特色的线上教学活动。耳鼻咽喉科学是专业性较强的一门临床医学课程,如何完善课程的线上教学资源,建立线上线下混合教学模式,提高教学质量,会对医学生培养产生重要影响。本文回顾了耳鼻咽喉科学在“互联网+”时代背景下的网络教育现状和混合式教学改革面临的挑战,并以此为背景对耳鼻咽喉科学的线上线下混合式教学在网络信息高速发展时代的医学实践教学模式的教学设计进行了初步探讨。Since 2020,major medical schools in China have successively carried out a series of distinctive online teaching activities using various online course platforms and live broadcast software.Otolaryngology is a highly specialized clinical medical course.How to improve the online teaching resources of the course,establish a mixed online and offline teaching mode,and improve the teaching quality will have an important impact on the training of medical students.This paper reviews the current situation of online education of otorhinolaryngology in the context of the“Internet plus”era and the challenges faced by the mixed teaching reform.Based on this background,the teaching design of the medical practice teaching model of online and offline mixed teaching of otorhinolaryngology in the era of rapid development of network information is preliminarily discussed.
