摘　　要：目的探讨无托槽隐形矫治口腔正畸患者的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月新乡医学院第三附属医院收治的80例口腔正畸患者,按照随机数字表法分成研究组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组接受传统固定矫治器治疗,研究组接受无托槽隐形矫治,对比两组矫正效果、口腔功能、牙周指标、生活质量。结果研究组(97.50%)矫正总有效率与对照组(90.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正畸后,两组咀嚼、语言功能评分升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组牙周指标[龈沟探诊深度(SPD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)]升高,但研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);正畸后两组口腔健康影响程度表(OHIP)评分升高,研究组评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治对口腔正畸患者的矫治效果较好,可提高口腔功能,改善牙周指标,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of clear aligner in orthodontic treatment patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of orthodontic patients from January 2019 to January 2021 who were admitted in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University were selected,and were divided into the study group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional fixed appliances,and the study group was treated with clear aligner.The correction effect,oral function,periodontal indicators and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate of correction between the study group(97.50%)and the control group(90.00%)(P>0.05).After orthodontic treatment,the mastication and language functions scores in both groups increased,and the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The periodontal indicators[probing depth of gingival sulcus(SPD),plaque index(PLI),bleeding index of gingival sulcus(SBI),gingival index(GI)]in both groups were increased,but the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After orthodontic treatment,the scores of the oral health impact scale(OHIP)in both groups were increased,and the score of the study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clear aligner has high orthodontic effect in orthodontic patients,which can improve oral function,periodontal index and quality of life.
