全面薪酬功能及其非货币表现探讨

摘　　要：企业员工对薪酬不断提升的要求与企业有限的薪酬供给矛盾日益突显。本文从全面薪酬模型及功能探索开始,着重介绍全面薪酬中几种非货币形式的功能及运作建议,以满足员工不断变化的个性化需求,这对于激发企业管理效率,提升企业生产力水平有较大的促进作用。The contradiction between employees’demands for increasing salaries and limited salary supplies of enterprises is increasingly prominent.Based on the probe into the model of total rewards and the functions,this paper mainly introduces the functions of several non-monetary forms of total rewards and relevant suggestions of operation,to meet employees’constantly changing individual needs,which has a boosting impact on stimulating the management efficiency of enterprises and enhancing their levels of productivity.
