摘  要:主流的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)接枝聚合工艺主要采用氧化还原引发体系,氧化剂通常为有机过氧化物,还原剂通常由葡萄糖(DX)、焦磷酸钠(SPP)和硫酸亚铁(FES)组成。因含糖和磷所以存在还原剂溶液储存周期短、生产废水含磷量高等问题。使用甲醛次硫酸钠(SFS)和乙二胺四乙酸四钠(EDTA-4Na)分别替代原有配方中的葡萄糖(DX)和焦磷酸钠(SPP),通过间歇聚合和半连续聚合试验,考察了不同SFS/FES质量比和EDTA-4Na/FES质量比对还原剂活性,聚丁二烯与丙烯腈和苯乙烯的接枝共聚物(G-ABS)高胶粉接枝率和最终产品力学性能的影响。结果表明,SFS/EDTA-4NA/FES等于50/5/1时,各项指标改善明显。The predominance of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)graft polymerization adopted a redox initiating system,in which the oxidant was usually a kind of organic peroxide and the reductant was usually made up of glucose(DX),sodium pyrophosphate(SPP)and ferrous sulfate(FES).The sugar and phosphorus components thereof could make the reductant solution short-period in storage and production wastewater high in phosphorus content.Sodium formaldehyde sulfite(SFS)and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium(EDTA-4Na)were used respectively instead of glucose(DX)and sodium pyrophosphate(SPP)used in the original formula.Through batch polymerization and semi-continuous polymerization tests,this paper researched the effects of different SFS/FES and EDTA-4Na/FES on the reductant activity,on the grafting ratio of G-ABS high-rubber powder,and on the mechanical properties of final products.The results show when SFS/EDTA-4NA/FES is equal to 50/5/1,all indicators improve significantly.
