摘　　要：N6-甲基腺苷(N6-methyladenosine,m6A)是真核细胞中最丰富的RNA内部修饰,近年来受到了越来越多的关注。很多研究发现:m6A甲基化修饰可以通过调节与肿瘤相关的生物功能来影响肿瘤的发生与进展。多项研究报道了多种m6A调节因子在妇科肿瘤中异常表达,在宫颈癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌等恶性妇科肿瘤中发挥重要作用。在这篇综述里,我们讨论多种m6A调节因子与妇科肿瘤的关系,期望寻找妇科肿瘤的潜在诊断标志物和治疗靶点。N6 methyladenosine(m6A)is the most abundant internal modification of RNA in eukaryotic cells,which has attracted more and more attention in recent years.Many studies have found that m6A methylation can affect the occurrence and progression of tumors by regulating tumor-related biological functions.A lot of studies have reported that a variety of m6A regulatory factors are abnormally expressed in gynecological tumors,and that they play an important role in malignant gynecological tumors such as cervical cancer,ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer.In this review,we discuss the relationship between m6A regulatory factors and gynecological tumors,hoping to find potential diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets of gynecological tumors.
