大学生个人信息保护意识的量表编制与特征分析

摘　　要：大学生个人信息保护意识包含对个人信息保护的认知、对个人信息保护的评价和对个人信息保护的行为三个层面的内涵。依据该内涵结构,对初步确认的包含30个条目的原始量表进行项目分析及因子分析,最终形成了包含2个分量表(共12个条目)的正式量表,即“个人信息保护的重要性认知与风险评价”(7个条目)和“个人信息保护的个人应对与法律应对行为”(5个条目)。经检验,正式量表信效度非常好,可适用于大学生个人信息保护意识相关的调查研究工作。本研究对正式量表的初步应用发现:大学生个人信息保护意识水平较高,但个人信息保护的个人应对与法律应对水平相对于其重要性认知和风险评价水平要低;且婚恋状况、法治教育参与状况、在线受害经历等因素均对大学生个人信息保护意识有显著影响。基此,可采取重视对大学生个人信息保护的个人与法律应对行为塑造、持续加强法治教育尤其是增加个人信息保护的学习内容、加强社会支持系统建构以减少大学生对个人信息受害的恐惧感等有针对性的策略以提高其个人信息保护意识与能力。According to the connotative structure of personal information protection awareness, we constructed an original 30-item scale and then obtained a formal 12-item scale by using project analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The 12-item scale has a two-factor structure, including "the important cognition and risk assessment of personal information protection"(7 items) and "personal and legal behavioral responses to personal information protection"(5 items). The reliability and validity of the formal scale are very good, so it can be applied to relevant research work in the future. The preliminary application of the formal scale shows that university students have higher awareness of personal information protection, but lower personal and legal behavioral responses to personal information protection. Marital status, participation in legal education and indirect online victimization experience have a significant influence on awareness of personal information protection. Strategies can be taken to improve students’ awareness and ability to protect personal information, such as shaping personal and legal behavioral responses to personal information protection, strengthening legal education and adding personal information protection content to it, and helping university students build social support systems to reduce their fear of victimization.
