摘　　要：阐述资源配置效率指标体系中的数据包络法,依据各航空公司的应急能力状况,建立一套适合航空公司应急资源配置评价的3级评价指标体系,从而实现应急资源配置效率的评价。This paper expounds the data envelopment method in the resource allocation efficiency index system, and establishes a set of three-level evaluation index system suitable for the evaluation of emergency resource allocation of airlines according to the emergency capacity of each airline, so as to realize the evaluation of emergency resource allocation efficiency.
