摘　　要：道教是发源于中国本土的宗教,在中国古代社会政治、科学文化等方面发挥了重要影响,也渗透到传统中医学领域,道教许多思想观念被中医学吸收消化和利用,对传统中医学理论的形成、发展和临床应用,均产生深刻影响,同时道教也吸收一些中医学理论与技术,道与医兼修。道教“精”“气”“神”等基本概念、养生观、内外丹术、朴素辩证法思想影响中医学理论形成与发展及临床实践,道教对中医发展也存在着不利的影响。Taoism is a religion that originated in China.It has played an important role in ancient Chinese society,politics,science and culture.It has also penetrated into the field of traditional Chinese medicine.The formation,development and clinical application of Taoism have had a profound impact.At the same time,Taoism has also absorbed some theories and techniques of traditional Chinese medicine,and both Taoism and medicine have been studied.Taoism’s basic concepts such as“essence”,“Qi”and“spirit”,the concept of health preservation,internal and external alchemy,and simple dialectics affect the formation and development of TCM theory and clinical practice.Taoism also has an adverse impact on the development of TCM.
