摘　　要：针对治疗痛经失误病例,尤须重视整体观念,重视辨证施治,弄清失误原因,明确患者寒热虚实。寒凝胞宫之痛经,重以温经药物治之,阳复寒祛方可覆杯而愈;肝郁气滞化热之痛经,首用清肝之品,肝舒热除则效如桴鼓;瘀血阻遏之痛经,重投通滞药物,经血畅流则药到病除。辨证精准,用药对症,可变被动为主动、变无效为良效。In the case of dysmenorrhea,we should pay attention to the overall concept,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and make clear the detailed causes of the error,as well as the deficiency and excess of cold and heat.For the dysmenorrhea of the hanagglutinous cells,it should be treated with warm-meridian medicine,and the colddispelling prescription has the effect of healing.For dysmenorrhea caused by stagnation of liver qi,first use the product of clear liver,and then remove the heat of liver,such as qufu drum;Blood stasis caused dysmenorrhea,reuse blood circulation and remove stasis drugs,smooth flow of blood will get rid of the disease;Accurate differentiation of symptoms and signs and correct use of drugs are the key measures to turn passive into active and ineffective into effective.
