摘 要:慢加急性肝衰竭(ACLF)在临床表现上与急性肝衰竭相似,早期较难鉴别,该疾病的临床死亡率极高且预后差,并可在疾病临床病程的任何阶段发生。人工肝支持系统被用做ACLF的一线治疗方法。本文就近年国内外用于治疗ACLF的常用非生物型人工肝模型工作原理、优缺点、适用范围及其治疗研究进展进行述评,以期为临床医生在ACLF治疗过程中对非生物型人工肝的选择提供参考依据。Acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)is clinically similar to acute liver failure,which is difficult to differentiate in the early stage.The disease has a high clinical mortality and poor prognosis,which can occur at any stage of the clinical course.Artificial liver support system is used as the first-line treatment for ACLF.This article reviews the working principle,advantages and disadvantages,application scope and treatment research progress of non-biological artificial liver models commonly used in the treatment of ACLF at home and abroad in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinicians to select non-biological artificial liver for ACLF treatment.
