摘　　要：肺癌是我国发病率和病死率最高的恶性肿瘤,约70%为周围型肺癌。早筛查、早诊断及早治疗是提高患者生存期最有效的方法。周围型肺癌的介入诊断和治疗是介入呼吸病学的主战场之一,近年来开发出很多新的诊断和治疗新方法、新技术、新设备,需要充分合理应用,加强和提高介入呼吸病学在周围型肺癌诊疗的适应范围和效率。Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality in China,and about 70%of lung cancers are peripheral lung cancers.Early screening,early diagnosis and early treatment are the most effective methods to improve the survival of lung cancer patients.The interventional diagnosis and treatment of peripheral lung cancer is one of main fields of interventional pulmonology.In recent years,many new methods,techniques and equipment for the diagnosis and treatment have been developed,which need to be fully and reasonably applied to strengthen and improve the adaptive range and efficiency of interventional pulmonology on peripheral lung cancer.
