摘　　要：肺癌已成为全世界第二大常见、病死率最高的恶性肿瘤。相对于中央型肺癌,周围型肺癌诊疗过程中常需要做出更多鉴别诊断,治疗手段也具备更多选择性,因此构建针对周围型肺癌的诊疗平台具有非常重要的临床意义。一个理想的周围型肺癌诊疗平台应该设备齐全、功能完备,既能实现周围型肺癌从发现到诊断,还能满足治疗相关的多重需求,同时具备处理肺癌诊疗相关并发症的能力。本文收集了近年来肺脏介入学科发展的新技术新项目,对周围型肺癌诊疗平台的构建进行了概述。Lung cancer has become the second most-common malignant tumor with the highest mortality in the world.Compared with central lung cancer,differential diagnosis should be concerned in peripheral lung cancer,and its treatment methods are more selective.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to construct a platform for the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral lung cancer.An ideal platform for the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral lung cancer should be fully equipped and multifunctional,which can not only realize the detection and diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer,but also meet the multiple needs of tumor treatment.Meanwhile,it should be capable of dealing with the complications related to the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.This review summarizes the construction of the platform for the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral lung cancer by collecting the new technologies and projects of lung intervention in recent years.
