摘　　要：经皮介入消融是一种微创的治疗技术,通过影像定位可对病变部位进行精准的治疗。其在周围型肺癌中的应用日渐增多,既可用于早期肺癌的根治性治疗,也可用于中晚期肺癌的姑息性治疗,并且它与全身治疗的联合应用也显示出了良好的协同作用,能有效提高抗癌治疗疗效。经皮介入消融可在周围型肺癌治疗中发挥重要的临床价值。The percutaneous interventional ablation is a minimally invasive technology,which can provide a precise treatment on the lesion under the guidance of imaging.Percutaneous interventional ablation has increasingly applied to the treatment of peripheral lung cancer,which can be used to the radical treatment of early-stage lung cancer,and the palliative treatment of advanced lung cancer.Furthermore,its combination with systemic treatment presents a synergistic effect on the treatment of lung cancer,which significantly enhances the therapeutic efficacy.The percutaneous interventional ablation might have clinical significance for peripheral lung cancer.
