保理业务“金融活水”注入产业链的功能研究——来自中国上市公司的证据

摘　　要：保理业务是供应链金融工具支持中小企业的重要金融力量。本文在委托代理等理论框架指导下评估了保理业务对产业链的功能和作用,结合PSM-DID方法构造反事实分析框架,校正了选择性偏差:以设立保理公司的上市公司作为实验组,匹配主要特征相似的制造业上市公司作为控制组,收集其2010~2021年各季度的面板数据,对保理业务作为“金融活水”注入产业链的影响效应进行系统评析,实证结果显示保理业务能降低产业链的交易成本,有效盘活资产。Factoring is an important financial force for supply chain financial instruments to support SMEs.Under the guidance of principal-agent and other theoretical frameworks,this paper evaluated the function and role of factoring business in the industrial chain,combined with the PSM-DID method to construct a counterfactual analysis framework,and corrected the selective bias:taking the listed companies that set up factoring companies as the experimental group,matching the manufacturing listed companies with similar main characteristics as the control group,and collecting their panel data for each quarter from 2010 to 2021,The empirical results show that factoring can reduce the transaction costs of the industrial chain and effectively activate assets.
