摘 要:当前太极拳运动在挑战中艰难发展,强身健体成为群众练拳的主流,倒逼着教学理念和方法与之适应。本文根据练拳体会、经验交流及研读相关文献,提出要正确定位太极拳的健身养生作用,并运用中医、生理学理论对其主要健身原理进行了初步探讨,并提出建议,以提升太极拳运动的健身效果。Currently taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)is developing with tough challenges.It has become a trend among practitioners to practice taijiquan for fitness purpose,which requires changes for the teaching concept and method.Based on experience,exchange and literature review,this paper proposes that,the fitness and regimen function of taijiquan should be correctly positioned.Its fitness principle should be discussed with the application of Chinese medicine and physiology.Suggestions are given,in order to improve the fitness effect of taijiquan.
