摘 要:超等长收缩训练作为现代科学的训练手段,将其融合武术专项技术特点,应用于大学生武术专项训练的实践中去,不仅有利于武术专项学生身体素质能力的提升,更有利于武术专项学生专项技能水平的提高。本文从武术专项运动对机体灵敏要求的特征进行分析,借以超等长收缩训练手段,分析比较该训练方法对武术专项学生的一般、专项灵敏素质的影响效果,为大学生专项武术训练提供训练借鉴。As a modern scientific training method,ultra-isometric contraction training can be used in the practical training of wushu(martial arts)for university students by integrating it into the special technical characteristics of wushu(martial arts).It is not only conducive to the improvement of physical fitness and ability of special students of wushu,but also conducive to the improvement of their special skill level.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the body's sensitivity requirements of wushu special sports,analyzes and compares the influence of this training method on the general and special sensitivity qualities of wushu special students by using ultra-isometric contraction training methods,and provides training reference opinions for college students'special wushu training.
