摘　　要：核转录因子kappa B(NF-κB)是存在于各种细胞中的重要的转录调节因子,参与调节炎症反应和抗细胞凋亡等相关基因的转录,被认为是典型的促炎信号通路,因此靶向调控NF-κB信号通路的激活来控制炎症性疾病具有重要意义。消退素E1(RvE1)是一类具有强效抗炎、促炎症消退功效的内源性脂质介质,其能促进组织从炎症状态尽快地恢复并且有利于组织的再生和修复,对于临床治疗牙髓、根尖周炎有着巨大的潜力。本文回顾了NF-κB信号通路和RvE1在牙髓和根尖周组织炎症性疾病中的作用以及NF-κB信号参与RvE1发挥促炎症消退的作用,为RvE1用于促进牙髓和根尖周组织炎症消退与修复再生提供研究基础。Nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)is an important transcription regulator existing in various cells,which is involved in regulating the transcription of genes related to inflammatory response and anti-apoptosis.It is considered as a typical pro-inflammatory signaling pathway,so it is of great significance to control inflammatory diseases by targeting and regulating the activation of NF-κB signaling pathway.Resolvin E1(RvE1)is a kind of endogenous lipid medium with strong anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory efficacies,which can promote the tissue to recover from the inflammatory state as soon as possible and is conducive to the regeneration and repair of the tissue.Therefore,it has great potential for clinical treatment of dental pulp and periapical diseases.In this paper,the role of NF-κB signaling pathway and RvE1 in inflammatory diseases of dental pulp and periapical tissues and the role of NF-κB signaling involved in promoting inflammation regression by RvE1 were reviewed,thus providing a research basis for RvE1 to promote inflammation regression,repair and regeneration of dental pulp and periapical tissues.
