中医形神理论下双心疾病防治的思考

摘　　要：近年来,心血管疾病合并精神心理障碍疾病的发病率越来越高,越来越不容忽视。“双心疾病”是心身疾病的一种,作为形神失调的典型代表,具有十分重要的深究意义。中医学认为人之形神为一体,心主血脉主神明,这为阐明“双心疾病”心理与生理相互作用的机制奠定了理论基础,在形神一体观的指导下,“双心疾病”的发生发展涉及形气神三方面的变化,具体表现为形的异常改变影响神的状态、血气运化失常影响神的功能、神之活动异常影响形的功能结构。结合“双心疾病”对中医基础理论进行深入挖掘,既可以用理论指导临床治疗,又可以丰富中医心理学的理论学说。In recent years,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases combined with mental disorders is increasing,which cannot be ignored.As a typical representative of physical and mental disorders,“bicardiopathy”is a kind of psychosomatic diseases,which has very important exploration significance.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the body and spirit of human beings are integrated,and the heart dominates the blood vessels and the spirit,which lays a theoretical foundation for clarifying the mechanism of psychological and physiological interaction of“double heart disease”.Under the guidance of the concept of“body and spirit integration”,the occurrence and development of“double heart disease”involves three aspects of changes in the body,qi and spirit,which are manifested as abnormal changes in the body affecting the state of God,abnormal blood circulation and transformation affecting the function of God,and abnormal activities of God affecting the functional structure of the body.In-depth excavation of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine combined with“double heart disease”can not only guide clinical treatment,but also enrich the theoretical theory of traditional Chinese medicine psychology.
