玻璃体注射阿柏西普与玻璃体切除术联合全视网膜光凝治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体出血患者疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较初始治疗中玻璃体注射阿柏西普与玻璃体切除术联合全视网膜光凝治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变引起的玻璃体出血的疗效。方法选择医院收治的205例增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体出血患者。将眼睛(每名患者1只眼睛)随机分配到A组(100例)和B(105例)。A组采用阿柏西普治疗,B组采用玻璃体切除联合全视网膜光凝治疗。比较两组治疗24周和1年的视力,并观察不良反应情况。结果24周时,两组视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),1年时两组视力有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论相对于玻璃体切除术联合全视网膜光凝治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体出血患者,玻璃体内注射阿柏西普术后1年视力更好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the efficacy of vitrectomy combined with panretinal photocoagulation in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage caused by proliferative diabetes retinopathy(PDR)with the initial treatment of albacicept.Methods 205 patients with vitreous hemorrhage of proliferative diabetes retinopathy were selected.Eyes(1 eye per patient)were randomly assigned to group A(100 cases)and group B(105 cases).Group A was treated with alboxepril,while group B was treated with vitrectomy combined with panretinal photocoagulation.Compare the vision of the two groups after 24 weeks and 1 year of treatment,and observe the adverse reactions.Results There was no significant difference in vision between the two groups at 24 weeks(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in vision between the two groups at 1 year(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with vitrectomy combined with panretinal photocoagulation in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage in patients with proliferative diabetes retinopathy,the visual acuity of patients with intravitreal injection of abicept is better one year after surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
