摘　　要：麻痹性斜视,中医学上称之为“视歧”、“目偏视”等,作为眼科多发病、常见病,严重影响人们的正常生活。中医治疗麻痹性斜视有着悠久的历史,积累了不少的临床经验,有着较为成熟的用药思路与用药规律。虫类药作为中药中重要的一部分,在麻痹性斜视的相关治疗中均有其身影,其作用不可忽视。通过对有关虫类药治疗麻痹性斜视的古籍与现代文献的整理,综述各家用药经验,以期对麻痹性斜视的临床治疗工作提供参考。Paralytic strabismus,also known as“visual disambiguation”and“eye deviation”in Traditional Chinese medicine,is a common ophthalmic disease,which seriously affects people’s normal life.TCM treatment of paralytic strabismus has a long history,accumulated a lot of clinical experience,has a more mature drug use ideas and law.As an important part of Traditional Chinese medicine,insect drugs play an important role in the treatment of paralytic strabismus.Through sorting out the ancient books and modern literature about the treatment of paralytic strabismus with insect drugs,the experience of different kinds of drug use was reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
