摘  要:船舶大型化带来了诸多问题和挑战,外部激励引起的轴承变位对大跨度推进轴系振动的影响不容忽视。以某大型船舶推进轴系为研究对象,通过Ansys建立考虑初始挠曲的合理校中有限元模型,利用动力学模块对轴系在不同轴承变位工况下的振动响应进行仿真。结果表明:尾轴承变位引起的振动响应相比其他轴承变位引起的振动响应大,其响应大小与变位幅值、转速呈正相关且与变位方向有关,合理的轴承刚度可减小轴承变位对轴系振动响应的影响。There are many problems and challenges brought by the large-scale ship.The influence of bearing displacement caused by external excitation on shafting vibration of long-span propulsion cannot be ignored.Taking a large ship's propulsion shafting as the research object that a reasonable alignment finite element model considering initial deflection is established by Ansys.Using the dynamics module to simulate the vibration response of the propulsion shafting under different bearing displacement conditions.The results show that the vibration response caused by the displacement of the stern bearing is larger than the vibration response caused by the displacement of other bearings,and the response is positively correlated with displacement amplitude,speed and displacement direction.Reasonable bearing stiffness can reduce the influence of bearing displacement on shafting vibration response.
