摘 要:常规船舶以柴油机作为主要动力来源,柴油机一般采用直流调速电机系统实现转速控制,主要是带电流截止负反馈的转速电流单闭环控制以及转速电流双闭环控制。其中转速电流双闭环控制具有很好的动态调节性能和负载抗干扰能力,同时可实现电机起动电流的限幅保护。对船用柴油发电机组进行调节时,在系统的控制电路中添加前馈模糊传感器,不仅可以对发动机的油门进行调节抑制,还可以实现保持频率的目的。本文从船舶柴油机的调速系统入手,对船舶柴油机模糊控制的相关技术进行研究。Conventional ships use diesel engine as the main power source,and the control of diesel engine can generally be realized by DC speed control motor system,and then realize the speed control,mainly through the speed single closed-loop control with current cut-off negative feedback and speed-current double closed-loop control to realize.Among them,the speed and current double closed-loop control has very good dynamic regulation performance and load immunity,and can realize the motor starting current limit protection.When regulating the marine diesel generator set,adding feedforward fuzzy sensors to the control circuit of the system can not only regulate the throttle suppression of the engine,but also achieve the purpose of maintaining the frequency.In this paper,we intend to study the technology related to the fuzzy control of marine diesel engine,starting from the speed regulation system of marine diesel engine.
