摘  要:通过对铸坯低倍试样和生产数据详细分析,发现铸坯低倍试样非精炼裂纹比率高于精炼的裂纹比率,同时连铸的结晶器和二冷水的进水温度、二冷水的冷却强度对铸坯内部裂纹也存在很大的影响。根据铸坯内部裂纹产生的机理,制定相应的措施,稳定生产和优化工艺参数,促使铸坯内部裂纹3级以上缺陷降为零。Through the detailed analysis of the low-magnification sample and production data,it is found that the nonrefining crack ratio of the low-magnification sample is higher than the refining crack ratio,at the same time,the influent temperature of mold and secondary cooling water and the cooling intensity of secondary cooling water have great influence on the internal cracks of billet.According to the mechanism of internal cracks in slab,corresponding measures are made to stabilize production and optimize process parameters so as to reduce the internal cracks above 3 grades to zero.
