摘  要:针对高转速搅拌摩擦焊薄板焊接过程中由于板材变形、机械结构变形等原因导致的焊接过程中产生轴向压力变化导致焊接质量下降问题,文中设计了一套基于模糊PID控制的FSW轴向压力控制系统.利用模糊推理对PID参数进行实时调节,实现了搅拌摩擦焊轴向压力控制,实验表明:该控制系统轴向压力控制误差为3.05%,且具有良好的稳定性,能够保证焊接轴向压力在目标值附近浮动率小.在轴向压力闭环控制下的焊接接头成形美观,无明显焊接缺陷,焊接接头力学性能优异,稳定性较好,平均抗拉强度达239 MPa,约为母材的82.4%,相比无轴向压力控制下的接头,平均抗拉强度提高了4.7%.Aiming at the problem that the axial pressure changes in the welding process caused by the deformation of the plate and the deformation of the machine structure during the welding process of the high-speed friction stir welding thin plate welding process,the welding quality is reduced,and a set of FSW axial pressure control based on fuzzy PID control is designed in this paper.The PID parameters are adjusted in real time by fuzzy inference to realize the axial pressure control of friction stir welding.Experiments show that the control system has an axial pressure control error of 3.05%,and has high stability,which can ensure that the welding axial pressure is at the target.The floating rate near the value is small.The welded joints under pressure closed-loop control are beautifully formed without obvious welding defects.The average tensile strength of the welded joint is 239 MPa,which is about 82.4%of the base metal.Compared with the open-loop control,the average tensile strength of the joint is 228.2 MPa,an increase of 4.7%.
