摘 要:以西成铁路(西宁—成都)尖扎黄河特大桥为例,根据钢结构桥梁在运营期维修养护困难的现状,考虑环境保护和可持续发展的要求,对基于长寿命理念的连续钢桁拱桥进行设计研究。结果表明:桥梁采用刚性吊杆可避免运营期频繁更换吊杆,减少了维修养护工作量;桥面采用不锈钢复合正交异形板可延长钢桥面使用寿命,减轻了自重,降低了桥梁工程造价;自主研发了可自动泄压的速度锁定器,大幅降低了构件的制作、建造和维修养护成本,提高了可靠性。Taking the Jianzha Yellow River Grand Bridge on Xining-Chengdu railway as an example,based on the current situation of difficult maintenance and repair of steel structure bridges during the operation period,considering the requirements of environmental protection and sustainable development,the design and research of a continuous steel truss arch bridge based on the concept of long life were conducted.The results show that using rigid suspenders for bridges can avoid frequent replacement of suspenders during operation and reduce the maintenance workload.The use of composite stainless steel orthogonal shaped plates on the bridge deck can extend the service life of the steel bridge deck,reduce the dead weight,and reduce the cost of bridge engineering.This paper has independently developed a speed lock device that can automatically relieve pressure,greatly reducing the cost of component production,construction,and maintenance,and improving reliability.
