摘  要:以一座新建跨海铁路主跨364 m钢桁梁斜拉桥为背景,分析海洋强风对钢桁梁斜拉桥最大单悬臂状态下的影响,对比不同抗风措施下风致振动的抑振效果。结果表明:采用JTG/T 3360-01—2018《公路桥梁抗风设计规范》推荐的湍流场参数和单位气动导纳函数预测的抖振响应结果偏于保守,可用于大跨度桥梁初步设计阶段;实测湍流场参数可以很好地估计桥梁抖振响应,尤其是横桥向响应;测量桥址的风速对合理设计和施工海洋强风场斜拉桥具有重要意义;辅助墩、斜撑、调谐质量阻尼器和抗风拉索的减振效率依次递减;由于跨海大桥施工过程中增设临时墩会大幅提高建设成本,而斜撑方案只需要在主塔和墩附近设置临时钢结构的斜撑,不会大幅提高施工作业量,推荐采用斜撑方案。Taking a newly built steel truss cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 364 m on a cross-sea railway as the background,the impact of strong ocean wind on the steel truss cable-stayed bridge under the maximum single cantilever state was analyzed,and the vibration suppression effects of wind-induced vibration under different wind resistance measures were compared.The results show that the predicted buffeting response results using the turbulence field parameters and the unit aerodynamic admittance function recommended in JTG/T 3360-01—2018 Wind-resistant Design Specification for Highway Bridges are conservative and can be used in the preliminary design stage of large span bridges.The measured turbulent flow parameters can well estimate the buffeting response of bridges,especially in the transverse direction.Measuring the wind speed at the bridge site is of great significance for the rational design and construction of cable-stayed bridges in strong ocean wind fields.The vibration reduction efficiency of auxiliary piers,diagonal bracing,tuned mass dampers and wind resistant cables decreases in turn.Since the addition of temporary piers during the construction of the sea crossing bridge will significantly increase the construction cost,while the diagonal bracing scheme only needs to set diagonal bracing of temporary steel structure near the main tower and pier,which will not significantly increase the construction workload,the diagonal bracing scheme is recommended.
