摘  要:针对兰新客运专线K2450—K2460区段路涵过渡段路基上拱病害反复发生难以根治的情况,考虑工点施工条件,分别研究制定了上拱段桩板结构整治、暗挖落道整治两套方案。通过优化整治方案,细化施工注意事项,组织开展路基上拱整治实践,彻底整治了路涵过渡段上拱问题,恢复了无砟轨道平顺性,消除了高速铁路长期限速点。通过实践形成一套全路首创、彻底整治高速铁路无砟轨道路基上拱的技术和方法。The subgrade heave diseases in the K2450—K2460 subgrade-culvert transition section on the Lanzhou-Urumqi passenger dedicated line occurred repeatedly and are difficult to eradicate,considering site situations,two sets of schemes had been studied and formulated:treatment with pile-board structure in the heave section,and treatment with concealed excavation and track lowering.By optimizing the treatment plan,refining construction precautions,and organizing and carrying out subgrade heave treatment schemes,the problem of subgrade heave had been thoroughly rectified.The smoothness of ballastless track had been restored,and the long-term speed limit points of high speed railway had been eliminated.A set of technologies and methods eradicating subgrade heave diseases of high speed railway ballastless track had been formed for the first time.
