摘 要:随着我国科技的进步和经济的快速发展,健康先行的理念深入人心,国民对饮食的营养搭配逐渐重视,牛乳制品凭借着食用方便、高营养易吸收等优点,逐渐成为了餐桌的必需品。奶以安为要,为确保乳品安全,对其进行严格的质量检测至关重要。综述了牛乳质量3项指标的检测方法,并分析了先进的检测技术对乳品公共卫生安全的重要意义,旨在为乳品业提供参考。With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of economy in China,the concept of health first has been deeply rooted in people's minds,and people gradually pay attention to the nutritional collocation of diet.Dairy products with the advantages of convenient consumption,high nutrition and easy absorption,gradually become a table necessity.In order to ensure the safety of dairy products,it is very important to carry out strict quality testing.This paper summarized the detection methods of three milk quality indexes,and analyzed the significance of the continuous progress of detection technology to the public health safety of dairy products,in order to provide reference for the dairy industry.
