摘　　要：发展农村文化自组织是缓解农村公共文化建设外部供给不足问题的重要途径,但目前组织发展不稳定、不可持续的现状影响了其公共文化服务价值的有效发挥。研究从参与者的主体视角出发,探讨导致农村文化自组织困境的经济动因。采用扎根理论的方法,构建了农村文化自组织发展中经济因素作用机制的理论模型。结果表明,个人支付意愿、组织资金运营水平与环境支持力度相互影响,最终经由个体参与路径共同影响了农村文化自组织发展。其中,个人支付意愿包含经济能力认知等5个子范畴,组织资金运营水平包含组织资金筹集等3个子范畴,环境支持力度包含基层政府财政政策等3个子范畴,分别通过不同的作用机制共同导致了农村文化自组织不可持续的困境。最后从组织内部和外部两个角度提出了促进农村文化自组织可持续发展的经济保障策略。Developing rural cultural self-organization is an important way to alleviate the insufficient external supply of rural public cultural construction,but the current state of unstable and unsustainable development of the organization has affected the development of its public cultural service value.This study examines the economic causes of organization’s development dilemmas from the perspective of the participants.Based on grounded theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of economic factors in the development of rural cultural self-organization.The results show that the willingness of participants to invest,the operational level of organization’s capital and the environmental support interact with each other,and ultimately affect the development of rural cultural selforganization through behavior of participants.Among them,the willingness of participants to invest include 5 subcategories such as economic ability cognition,organization capital operation level contains 3 subcategories such as fund-raising,environment support includes 3 subcategories such as fiscal policy.These factors contributed to the unsustainable development of rural cultural self-organization by different mechanism.Finally,this paper puts forward some economic security strategies to promote the sustainable development of rural cultural self-organization from both internal and external perspectives.
