摘 要:根据鸡与鸡粪是否直接接触,将其饲养方式分为粪鸡共存、粪鸡分离2种,分析不同饲养方式对鸡的生长性能和血液生理生化指标的影响。选体重相近8周龄健康伊莎幼鸡20只,雌、雄鸡各半,分性别随机分成A、B、C、D 4组进行同性别比较。试验持续4周,期间每周测量所有试验个体的体重和体尺,试验结束时采血测理化指标。结果显示,自第3周开始粪鸡分离组平均体重已出现高于粪鸡共存组的趋势,并随着时间的延长差距逐渐扩大,至第4周结束D组的平均体重显著高于B组(P<0.05),A、C组间差异不显著;平均日增重方面,C组的平均日增重显著高于A(P<0.05),D组的平均日增重高于B组且差异极显著(P<0.01),说明不论雌雄,粪鸡分离组的生长速度都显著高于粪鸡共存组,直接接触鸡粪导致鸡生长速度下降,对雄性的影响比雌性更明显。各体尺数据均差异不显著。血清中尿酸水平B组显著高于D组(P<0.05),A组略高于C组但差异不显著。其余的血清指标2种处理相同性别间无显著差异。结果首次证明,粪外源尿酸可通过消化道进入血液循环系统,提高鸡血尿酸水平,同时提示地面平养、放养等粪鸡共存饲养方式,其产品有潜在食品健康安全风险。According to the direct contact between chicken and chicken manure,the feeding methods were divided into coexisting and separating,and the effects of different feeding methods on growth performance and blood physiological and biochemical indexes were analyzed.The body weight of 20 healthy Isa Chicks of 8 weeks old,half male and half female,they were randomly divided into A,B,C,D 4 groups.The study lasted 4 weeks,during which all individuals'weight and body size were measured weekly,and blood samples were taken at the end of the study to measure physical and chemical parameters.The results showed that from the third week,the average body weight of the separating group was higher than that of the coexisting group,and the difference gradually increased with the time,at the end of the fourth week.The average body weight in Group D was significantly higher than that in Group B(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between Group A and C.The average daily gain in Group C was significantly higher than that in Group A(P<0.05),and the average daily gain in Group D was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.01),the growth rate of the separated group was significantly higher than that of the coexisting group.The growth rate of the separated group was lower than that of the coexisting group,and the effect on the male was more obvious than that on the female.There was no significant difference in body size data.Serum uric acid level B was significantly higher than D(P<0.05),a was slightly higher than C,but the difference was not significant.There was no significant difference in other serum markers between the two treatments.The results showed for thefirst time that exogenous uric acid from feces could enter the blood circulation system through the digestive tract and increase the level of blood uric acid in chickens,its products have potential food health and safety risks.
