摘 要:该文研究不同牧草种类及不同青贮处理方法对黄牛生产性能的影响。试验选取4种牧草(皇竹草、油菜秸秆、墨西哥玉米草和高丹草),测定不同牧草发酵前后的常规养分变化对牧草种类及青贮处理进行评定,结果显示青贮处理后墨西哥玉米草和高丹草粗蛋白成分占比分别提高17.5%和27.8%,青贮效果要优于皇竹草和油菜秸秆,皇竹草和高丹草性洗涤纤维分别下降8.9%和18.8%,酸性洗涤纤维分别下降23.4%和24.9%。根据牧草营养成分和贮存品质等方面评估选择适用于丽水地区种植的最佳牧草品种为墨西哥玉米草和高丹草,为该地区黄牛养殖提供参考意见和建议。This study investigated the effects of different types of forage and ensiling methods on the production performance of yellow cattle.Four types of forage(Phyllostachys pubescens,rapeseed straw,Mexican corn grass,and Sorghum hybrid sudangrass)were selected for evaluation of nutrient changes before and after fermentation.The results showed that after ensiling,the crude protein content of Mexican corn grass and Sorghum hybrid sudangrass increased by 17.5%and 27.8%,respectively,indicating that the ensiling effect was better than that of Phyllostachys pubescens and rapeseed straw.Furthermore,the neutral detergentfiber of Phyllostachys pubescens and Sorghum hybrid sudangrass decreased by 8.9%and 18.8%,respectively,while the acid detergentfiber decreased by 23.4%and 24.9%,respectively.Based on the evaluation of nutritional composition and storage quality,the optimal forage species for planting in the Lishui region were identified as Mexican corn grass and Sorghum hybrid sudangrass.
