摘  要:结合国家保障食物安全和发展生物育种产业的战略需要,以《“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标纲要》中关于保障国家粮食安全的长期规划纲要为总的政策指导,立足“艺术·科技”交叉融合,进行食品健康智能监测设计研究。项目从服务设计和社会设计的视角出发,完成艺科融合赋能猪肉新鲜度智能管理设计研究,包括多元媒体意识传播和多元融合服务设计研究2方面,并提出有效对策建议和设计提案。在多元媒体意识传播方面,形成纸媒招贴及信息可视化设计、动态海报、新媒体传播平台等设计方案;在多元融合服务设计方面,形成生鲜猪肉包装、智能生鲜盒、智能生鲜检测设备等实际产品的设计以及猪肉质量安全APP数字产品设计方案,完成艺科融合赋能猪肉新鲜度智能监测设计研究。In combination with the strategic needs of the country to ensure food security and develop the biological breeding industry,and under the general policy guidance of the“Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”and the long-term planning outline of the 2035 Long-term Objective Outline“on ensuring national food security,based on the”art and technologyintegration,the intelligent monitoring and design of food health will be carried out.From the perspective of service design and social design,the project completed the research on intelligent management of pork freshness,which is enabled by the integration of arts and technology,including the research on the dissemination of multi-media awareness and the design of multi-integration services,and put forward effective countermeasures and design proposals.In the aspect of multi-media awareness communication,the paper posters and information visualization design,dynamic posters,new media communication platform and other design schemes have been formed;In the aspect of diversified integration service design,the design of actual products such as fresh pork packaging,intelligent fresh box,intelligent fresh detection equipment and the design scheme of digital products of pork quality safety APP were formed,and the research on intelligent monitoring design of pork freshness was completed.
