荆花胃康丸联合益气和胃胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎患者的临床效果及安全性评估

摘　　要：目的探讨荆花胃康丸联合益气和胃胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染慢性胃炎患者的临床效果及安全性评估。方法将2020年1月—2022年1月在该院消化内科治疗的108例Hp感染慢性胃炎患者按数字分组法分为两组,每组各54例,均使用常规抗Hp四联疗法,在此基础上,对照组使用益气和胃胶囊,观察组使用荆花胃康丸联合益气和胃胶囊,对比两组的临床疗效及Hp清除率、中医证候积分、血清炎性因子、胃肠激素、安全性指标。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.30%(52/54),Hp清除率为87.04%(47/54),明显高于对照组的75.93%(41/54)、61.11%(33/54)(P<0.05);治疗后胃脘隐痛、胃脘痞胀、恶心呕吐、嗳气反酸、食少纳呆、神疲乏力等中医证候积分相比,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后IL-1β、IL-6、IL-32、TGF-β1、TNF-α等炎性因子水平相比,观察组前三项明显低于对照组,最后一项明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后GAS、SS、MTL、EGF等胃肠激素水平相比,观察组观察组第一项明显低于对照组,后三项均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组在腹胀、腹泻、皮疹、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率上相当(P>0.05)。结论荆花胃康丸联合益气和胃胶囊治疗Hp感染慢性胃炎患者的临床效果显著,能有效抗炎,调节胃肠激素水平,缓解中医证候,提高对Hp的清除力,且安全性好,不良反应较少,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety evaluation of Jinghua Weikang Pill(荆花胃康丸)combined with Yiqi Hewei Capsule(益气和胃胶囊)iin the treatment of Hp infected chronic gastritis.Methods 108 patients with Hp infected chronic gastritis who were treated in the Department of Gastroenterology of the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into two groups according to the digital grouping method,with 54 patients in each group.All of them were treated with conventional anti Hp quadruple therapy.On this basis,the control group used Yiqi Hewei Capsule,and the observation group used Jinghua Weikang Pill combined with Yiqi Hewei Capsule.The clinical efficacy,Hp clearance rate,TCM syndrome score,serum inflammatory factors,gastrointestinal hormones safety index.Results the effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%(42/54),and the Hp clearance rate was 87.04%(47/54),which was significantly higher than 75.93%(41/54)and 61.11%(33/54)of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the TCM syndrome scores of epigastric pain,epigastric distension,nausea and vomiting,belching and acid regurgitation,lack of appetite and stupidity,and mental fatigue after treatment,those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,among IL-1β,IL-6,IL-32,TGF-β1 and TNF-α,the first three items in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the last item was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the levels of GAS,SS,MTL,ECF and other gastrointestinal hormones,the first item in the observation group and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the last three items were all higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as abdominal distension,diarrhea,rash,nausea and vomiting was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jinghua Weikang Pill combined with Yiqi Hewei Cap
