摘　　要：本文介绍了石灰石运输皮带中铁器的检测和清理方法,采用工业机器人作为执行机构对铁器进行清除的工作方案,实现了皮带内普碳钢、锰钢、不锈钢等磁性和非磁性金属的自动清理。该自动清理系统的投用,替代了人工作业,降低了生产危险性,极大地提高了工作效率。This paper introduces the detection and removal method of iron blocks in the limestone conveyor belt,and the working plan of iron blocks removal by the robot as the actuator,realizing the automatic removal of magnetic and non-magnetic metals such as carbon steel,manganese steel,stainless steel etc.in the conveyor belt.The use of the automatic removal system has replaced manual work,reduced the risk in production and improved the efficiency greatly.
