摘  要:制备了一种短切碳纤维为填料的水下快速固化胶粘剂,23℃时可操作时间25 min左右,并且用DSC方法分析了环氧树脂胶粘剂体系的固化行为,用T-β外推法确定了特征温度,Kissinger与Ozawa方法计算了固化体系的表观活化能分别为45.26 KJ/mol和48.90 KJ/mol。对制备的浇注体试件力学性能进行测试,在短切碳纤维添加量为0.15%时,其力学性能最优,此时,在空气和水中固化时,最大拉伸强度分别达到72.09 MPa和66.62MPa,粘接强度分别达到11.74 MPa和10.73 MPa,两种环境条件下,其力学性能相差不大,此胶粘剂在水环境中具有优良的使用性能。A fast curing underwater adhesive with short carbon fiber as filler is prepared,and the operating time is about 25 minutes at 23°C.The curing behavior of the epoxy adhesive system is analyzed by DSC,the characteristic temperature is determined by T-p extrapolation,and the apparent activation energy is calculated by Kissinger and Ozawa methods,which are 45.26 KJ/mol and 48.90 KJ/mol,respectively.The mechanical properties of the prepared castable specimens are tested.The mechanical properties of the castable specimens are the best when the amount of chopped carbon fiber is 0.15%,when cured in air and water,the maximum tensile strength are 72.09 MPa and 66.62 MPa,and the bonding strength are 11.74 MPa and 10.73 MPa,respectively,the mechanical properties of the adhesive are similar under the two environmental conditions,and the adhesive has excellent performance in the water environment.
