自拟合胃汤治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效及对患者胃动力的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究金宇安教授自拟合胃汤治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效及对患者胃动力的影响。方法 选取2019年12月—2021年8月在北京中医药大学附属护国寺中医医院就诊的74例慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(37例,金宇安教授自拟合胃汤联合西药治疗)和对照组(37例,常规西药治疗)。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、白细胞(WBC)计数、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,治疗后贲门通畅、幽门通畅、胃反流及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总体有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后中医证候积分均显著下降,且观察组降幅更大(P<0.05);观察组WBC、CRP、IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组贲门、幽门受阻及胃反流例数均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 金宇安教授自拟合胃汤治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效显著,可促进患者胃动力的恢复,缓解炎症反应。Objective To explore the efficacy of Professor JIN Yu'an's Self-made Hewei Decoction(自拟合胃汤)in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis and its influence on gastric motility of patients.Methods Seventy-four patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis who were treated in the hospital were selected between December 2019 and August 2021and were divided into observation group(37 cases,Professor JIN Yu'an's Self-made Hewei Decoction combined with western medicine treatment)and control group(37cases,conventional western medicine treatment)according to the random number table method.The clinical efficacy,scores of TCM syndromes and levels of white blood cell(WBC)count,serumC-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)before and after treatment and gastric cardia patency,pylorus patency,gastric reflux and occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The overall effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groupswere decreased significantly after treatment,and the decreases in the observation group were even greater(P<0.05).The levels of WBC,CRP and IL-6 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of cases with cardia obstruction,pylorus obstruction and gastric reflux in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Professor JIN Yu'an's Self-made Hewei Decoction has a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,and can promote the gastric motility recovery and relieve the inflammatory response.
