摘　　要：风池穴临床主治广泛,其中又以病位在头、面部的疾病为主。郭义教授从事中医针灸教学、科研、临床工作二十余年,在“谨守病机,各司其属”的思想指导下,结合历代医家临床应用、现代研究成果及自身多年临床经验,提出“头面风池留”的临床用穴心得。文章将重点探讨“头面风池留”腧穴应用思想,并详细阐述郭义教授于风池穴施用之“过脸热”“孔雀开屏”“风池互刺”等特色针刺手法的临床应用,以期对组方选穴思路有所启发。Fengchi(GB20) has a wide range of clinical indications, mainly diseases located in the head and face.Professor GUO Yi has been engaged in the teaching, scientific research and clinical work of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 20 years.Under the ideological guidance of “observing the pathogenesis, each department belongs to its own”,combined with the clinical application of doctors of previous dynasties, modern research results and many years of clinical experience, he has put forward the clinical experience of “Fengchi(GB20) for diseases located in head and face”.This paperfocused on the application idea of “Fengchi(GB20) for diseases located in head and face”,and elaborated on the clinical application of Professor GUO Yi’s characteristic acupuncture techniques such as “Guolianre”,“Kongque Kaiping” and “mutual acupuncture stimulation at Fengchi(GB20)”,in order to enlighten the idea of acupoint selection.
