基于寒地地域特点探析针灸对中风病的治疗

摘　　要：中风病是寒地高发病之一,其治疗、预防一直是现代医学研究的重点。寒地独特的环境气候、生活起居、饮食习惯形成了以风、寒、燥、痰热邪气为主的病理邪气。寒地中风病临床特征及病因病机主要表现为以下四点:风邪袭络,内外为患;寒滞经脉,肌肤失养;燥热伤津,虚风内动;痰热窜犯,闭阻清窍。治疗上立足脑府,病症结合,以头针增效;重视手法,温通先行;分期辨证,精准治疗;调护上注重未病先防,既病防变。Apoplexy is one of the most common diseases in cold regions.Its treatment and prevention have always been the focus of modern medical research.The unique environment, climate, living and eating habits of the cold region have formed the pathogenic characteristics of wind, cold, dryness and phlegm-heat.Based on the regional characteristics of cold regions and the clinical characteristics and etiology of apoplexy, acupuncture and moxibustion are used to treat apoplexy.The treatment is based on the brain and combines symptoms withscalp acupuncture to enhance the effect.The treatment should pay attention to the technique and methods for warming and dredging.Staging and syndrome differentiation can make the precise treatment.It also pay attention to prevention before diseaseand preventing disease from changing.
